When BRE will get 3 stacks again?

It has only 1 stack, no more in Elysium

is not a bug, they changed the proc

I tried last raid and I have never had 2 or 3 stacks from BRE proc.

I am playing in Elysium I havent seen anything about it in patch notes, has anyone it??

What weapons will update my BRE dps? I play in Elysium, Bwl is coming, I am top dps but rest of melees will improve their gear and weaps when mc loot and bwl loot will come. Do u know , if bwl 1 hand weaps can improve my dps?

Need an addon to manage diferent gears. Itemrack is bugged and It doesnt equip the gears I have saved.
