From a legal standpoint, as far as I know, blizz has not opensourced any of their code, so its safe to say that Nostalrius has no Copyright over the code (AS FAR AS I KNOW, i am not entirely familiar with the facts). That beeing said, in theory, there's nothing Nostalrius can do except "ask nicely" as they have no legal claim over code that is not their intelectual propperty to begin with. Its like you steal a car, then u borrow the car to a buddy, and that buddy keeps. Now can you go to the cops report "your" stolen car as stolen? nop... WOW belongs to blizzard, as far as I know, they have not released any rights or ownership to anyone. So Nostalrius can't really do фекал to Elysium, from a legal point of view. Assuming these are the facts.

Hello, Thanks in advance for helping and yes i have searched for solutions before posting but i didnt find anything :| So here's my issue: I have a MSI Gaming laptop, Dominator GT72 with a 75hz screen. My external screen is a ASUS 27' 60hz screen. Now the issue is that for whatever reason my vanilla wow client "locked" at 75hz and will not run on 60hz, ergo it starts up on the external screen (i can hear the sound + the icon/process start up) but i neither goes into fullscreen nor window mode, i simply do not have access to it on the big screen. I already opened the config file and added the refresh 60 set command but nothing happened. I even tried the oldschool blizzard approach deleting the WTF folder and still nothing. I go to options to change Hz ingame and the only option i have is 75. If any1 has any idea, please lemme know. P.S. I copied the client from my brothers computer who plays on 60hz... вау me, right?

Is this issue ever gonna be fixed? I mean for people who got lives it kinda sucks when the 2 or 3 hours you actually can play... you can't cause u can't connect -.-'

If they do that Blizzard is officially dead to me. That would be SO awesome.

Isn't it useless to be wasting time on banning the toons that whisper people? arent those useless accounts and they will just keep on making more stressing the server capacity even more? I'm no expert but to me it just seems like reaching for leaves instead of ripping out the tree. I'm sure they are doing all they can to keep a fair enviroment but goldsellers arent really too easy to get rid off. Infact the best way to get rid of them would be legalize it for donation for example. People will ALWAYS find a way to buy currency, it has always been like that and will always be like that. Might aswell take controll have the server profit from it like Blizzard did.
