Fury has better end-game. If you can get good two weapons for DW then go for it. 2H is just cheaper when leveling since you don't have to maintain two weapons and with 30 comes Whirlwind which just carries you into late 40's with ease.

This a software issue and the way the game was created. Not an issue relating to the server.
