I completed a quest called "The Karnitol Shipwreck," and i was about to choose a quest reward. I intended on picking the mail shoulders, but after closing the npc dialogue window and talking to the npc again, the npc refused to talk to me about the quest. I abandoned the quest, and he offered it to me again. However, after accepting it again, i couldn't hand in the quest again. I checked the chat log, and i did get XP, but not an item. I must be in a realm of both shadow and substance, of things and ideas some sort of grey area where the quest is both complete and incomplete. Is there any way i could possibly get those shoulders? i have the quest item in my inventory as proof!

I was doing the "An Audience with the King" and was turning it in to Lady Katrana Prestor. She wasn't there, because When she reappeared, she didn't let me turn in the quest right away. Right when she finally let me hand in the quest, I noticed so I hurried up and turned in the quest. What ended up happening afterward with the dialogue was quite funny. Most of the lines of dialogue between were swapped over, resulting in both of them referring to themselves in the third person, as well as some other weird things happening. Maybe i didn't have anything to do with the bug, but i'm including what i did just for the sake of the debuggers.
