Is there any definite say in this? Does +dmg affect overall DPS now (and if so, by what margin)?

DoTimer had an issue where the state for showing the dot only on target was mixed up. Basically, if I had Rip/Rake active, it would only show with NO target, while the debuffs didn't show up when I had the relevant mob targeted. If that makes sense^^.

It's DoTimer in the video, but I have since then replaced it with @Renews work since DoT caused me a lot of trouble with target/no target states. I will definitely use it again on level 60, but I have to find a working version that doesn't screw me over and I can't be bothered to invest time into that while leveling^^. Also, I indeed use /mpowa for some of the buffs/debuffs. Regarding the chat: I have always had the chat in the middle in almost all my retail UIs, so I guess I am just used to it. I raided a while with a deaf guild and they mostly announced stuff via macros in the chat. I needed it as a mandatory combat element right where I can see it. On max level I will probably put the raid grid at its place and move the chat (borderless / no heavy background) to the left again. Also, I need to see the gold spam in the middle of my screen, that's important, amirite?
