Hey there, Returning player here, it seems last night I forgot my password and wasn't able to log in. I changed my password, forum acc name (twice) and re-changed my PW and re-DL'd my authenticator. I was continuously told to "Call customer service", now when I changed my PW, re-enabled Authenticator and tried to log in, I was banned after failing to enter a password once? What's going on? How can I get on and actually play again?
