Heya Paytime, I'm Naria Nexis' brother. I've been trying to help her resolve this issue. Here's some more information: -First noticed the issue Thrusday evening. She had been playing for awhile, logged out, then couldn't log back in. -When she looks at the server list, Anathema appears to be accessible. However, whenever she clicks on it, it just shows the "logging in to game server" dialogue box, until it times out, and sends her back to the server select window. -She can access other servers, so it's not a ban. -I can access my characters on Anathema at the same time that she can't, so the server isn't down. -When she logs into her account from my computer (we live in different locations), she can access Anathema normally. -She has deleted both her WTF and WDB folders. -She has attempted opening the WoW client as an administrator, but it doesn't help. I'm not sure how to test if she has access to a certain port. I can't even Ping the IP you posted from my location. (But I can connect to Anathema). Any help would be appreciated.

I went to check, he doesn't have any dialogue options or anything. Just the link to open the shop. That sounds like it might be accurate. The quests are definitely in the game right now. I can click on the cauldrons to open up the quest dialogue. I just can't complete the quests because I don't have the items. I'll add a bug report. Well dang...now I've got two soulbound, unsellable, unstackable Arcane Quickener in my inventory. And they were 45 silver each!

I'm legitimately not sure if this is a bug or not, can anybody help me figure this out? In order to get certain quest items I need for the repeatable Cauldron quests in Western Plaguelands, I need a "Vitreous Focuser." As far as I can tell, I should be able to purchase one from Alchemist Arbington in Chillwind Camp. However, when I talk to him, he only sells Arcane Quickener. Anybody know what's up?

This is phenomenal news. I'm glad to see you guys are holding strong! There's a lot of passion on the Elysium team. Two questions: 1) Will there be any two factor authentication option for those of us who don't have a smart device? 2) A few folks I know have been getting in-game mail from gold sellers. Ostensibly, one of those people was sent 1g through the mail, as a kind of "free sample." Is that something you've seen happening, and could a person get banned for randomly receiving gold through the mail system?
