Hello, been trying for some time, as suggested, to restore my characters for when Stratholme is released, however, my account had a 2FA setup, would this cause issues with restoring characters? Each time I attempt to restore it says failed password or authentication, so I'm just curious... thanks in advance.

Any idea, that if I donate, that my ban appeal will be gone over slightly more swiftly? Kinda bummed out, got off work and figured tonight would be the night to get my test of skulls questline done...... no idea why this is happening -__- already changed my PW as instructed before setting forth the appeal... dunnno whats going on...
