I had one with xp rate at 0.1 and drop rates of white items at 0.1 too, it was fun took me some hours to get to level 8 or 9 ^^ You can do a lot of things like up the aggro range, the flee time and the range mobs seek for help, i upped the health and damages of mobs too, was really fun ^^

Chen's Empty Keg third repeatable part actually don't work on Zeth'Kur, we can't take the quest so mobs don't drop. It will be great if this is fixed soon as this is the only way to get these unarmored epic wolves before they disappear (thanks a lot Crysthal by the way i didn't know about this quest ^^). https://elysium-project.org/bugtracker/issue/1983 Upvote this :)

You need exalted but i don't think you can achieve that if you don't start during your leveling because grey quests give far far less reputation (i tried to up Orgrimmar rep and i can't reach exalted even with all quests done). If you do every reputation quest at the right level then i think it should be ok (Darnassus and Thunder Bluff are exceptions, there's a repeatable quest you can do).

I don't know when i shapeshift i see the shrink you talk about, and when i go back in tauren form it's the same my char take 1-2 secondes to enlarge to her normal size.

But there are people (like me or revo) who don't want it, so i think it's better to stay "vanilla like" that way less people are pissed off, if you start to change things there will always be people who love one change and other who hate it.

I would transfer one character (i would prefer copying if possible though) just for the leveling but i'll stay on vanilla. I just want to experience levels 60-70 without the mega 2.4 nerf.

Mmh except it's not true, 2.5k people is enough, sure sometimes (especially when leveling) it'll be hard to find that last spot for dungeons or group quests and you'll not be surrounded by people all the time (which is anti-immersive as hell for me). But it's enough.

4-5k people on peak is not a dying server, not even an half-populated one, vanilla servers were capped at 2.5k at the beginning and 4k or 5k at the end so... 10k people is an over populated server for me.

Mmh toni i always saw people duelling there, it's like the duel arena you know. For point 1 : The hype is down, it's a normal thing happen at every mmo launch.
