    Wondering why I'm banned?

    Hope i'm not necroing, I have no idea how to work forums. I created an account verified my email. tried to login through the client and it told me i was banned. Haven't even played the game yet. I tried making another account and I couldn't event get a verification email to send from the site. I'm really confused and frustrated
