Have had a ban appeal up since Jan. 9 with no response yet. You might be waiting a while.

Traveled to Europe for vacation. Logged in from there. When I got back account was banned. Haven't used the password-username combo before. Haven't bought gold. People will tell me I have, but the truth is I haven't, and because this has happened to me I believe the other people with the exact same circumstances. Posted a ban appeal on January 10 and have yet to receive a response even after reaching out to three different GMs multiple times.

I posted in the ban appeal section four days ago and haven't gotten a response yet. You are not alone. Trying to be patient, but the guy above who said he hasn't heard in two weeks scares me.

For reference the soemthing happened to me. I posted in the ban appeal forum 4 days ago and still have not received a response. Try to be patient because it may take longer than you expect.

I think I may have been banned for this because I logged on in another continent and when I tried to get on back home I was banned. I currently have an appeal up, but you should talk to a GM before you find yourself in my situation.
