Not saying it isn't, but this is pretty much the only thing you can do atm to accurately tell where the target is going.

The trick is to send your pet to attack or already have it attacking the target as you deathcoil. Once it bugs out just face the direction your pet is running to (the target) and you'll be able to cast like normal. It's really a bad bug that should be fixed asap. example at 2:30 with fear, but same concept:

My ping is always between 98-106 and I play from US East.

Can you please add a spawn timer to this npc? Because everyday somebody kills her and she doesn't spawn at all until the server restarts, making it impossible to turn in/obtain important AQ quest such as 'the calling'. Thanks.
