Mualtor

For some reason I cannot use any and all chat features (whisper, yell, say, world chat, trade chat, etc.) except party chat. I cannot even whisper people on my friends list. My character's name is Malltor in game, a level 39 rogue. Any help would be awesome! Thank you for everything you guys do!
