I've left a message on the facebook page aswell but i don't think that's being read much, so i'm gonna drop the same message here..
I have quit playing elysium for a few months, but i have all the security things set in place.
Now, my authenticator etc are working fine, and i can log into my account just fine via controlpanel on the website, but when i try to log into the server to start a new character and play again, it asks me for a "pin".
I don't remember setting this up, and if i have, forgot to write it down in my textfile (where i keep track of everything (signup email, pass, security questions etc)).
Is there any way for them to reset/track this PIN? I'd like to be able to play again and see what's fixed/new.
