About a week ago my account was compromised and gold spammers got a hold of my account. My account was obviously banned, but since it wasn't me I put in for a ban appeal. Today, after a review of my account, I was unbanned. I was extremely happy except for the fact that my dwarf warrior now has a different beard. I'm 100% sure I didn't pick this beard when I created my character and I don't think its possible for someone who hacked my account to change the way my character looks. I'm thinking that maybe it was a problem with when my account was locked and then unlocked. I wasn't sure who to talk to about this issue, but I'd really like the beard reverted back. Its very upsetting T_T. I can't play a dwarf with this ugly beard. Please...
