Not gonna happen. They don't restore deleted characters. You're account got hacked, most likely due to using the same account info from the other server that had a data base leak. That's your fault, not Elysiums.

Pretty crappy response to say it is his "Fault" that there was a database leak which led to the hacking/theft/deletion of his toon. Fairly certain that he would not know that someone would sell / trade / whatever with the data from the other server. Simple mistake on his part to not potentially change account information, if in fact he did not, maybe... certainly not his fault though. Sometimes a little empathy can go a longer way than flat out telling someone no, their wrong, and it's all their fault...
Jubi.... It sucks, people steal, delete, hack, and do crap to try and make a quick buck or whatever. Bottom line is that they won't be able to restore your toon. It is kind of the risk involved with this. I recommend setting your Pword to something real stout with special characters and such to make it more difficult + two-part authentication if you can.
