Patch 1.4 - Alterac Valley

Ingame - Stuck -> Stll not working, Page a GM -> Ticket

Spoke to a GM, He couldn't or wouldn't tell me if any IP other than mine accessed the account he also added that he would check into a couple of things with my account and get back to me if he were to find anything interesting. I had a friend tell me that my character was never online during those times and I tested the 2 factor IP lock myself and it worked fine. I definitely think there is something more going on here.

I just logged on directly after the servers opened up again after being online as the crash happened. I Bought skills and went into Deeprun tram and the server crashed. The server came back and i was still stood in the same place waiting for the tram but this time with 15+ gold missing. I have never used this password before AND my account has IP lock 2 factor auth enabled. I ran SuperAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes and Bitdefender and came back with nothing other than adware. I honestly don't believe I've been hacked here.
