So I just was trying to enable 2FA with the IP lock system and I ran in a few problems. First the email took a looooong time to arrive, I tried for 3 days waiting a few hours before resending and it didnt work. So last night I clicked 5 time in a row and nothing happened so I went to sleep. Today I was checking my emails and found 4 emails from elysium with the QRcode, I scanned it with the app and it linked my account but when clicking on the link to activate 2FA it redirects to a page that says that I dont have credentials. So...its the IP lock working for anyone? Should I try resending another email or will it mess with my account? I really hope I could get and "official" response to this. Thanks

Just to update what I posted here before, today I got unbanned. I guess it was a 24 hrs ban for going AFK? I'm really not sure because I haven't got any response on the ban appeal forum.

Similar thing happened to me today. I went for lunch, not more than 10 minutes or something and when I came back it said i was disconnected. i tried to login and i got the message of temporal ban. I know that i left my character in the barrens inn but i dont use any "anti-afk meassure" or cheat. If this is for being AFK I think they are going a little bit too far. I have also not received any email confirmation of why I'm being banned and when I use the control panel from the site i can see my characters but not a single message of what's going on.
