Problem solved. My WINE was running 32 bit. I changed it back to 64 bit and it worked like a charm.

I have enabled OpenGL in the WTF\config.wtf file. The error remains the same. I don't think the game would crash like this due to a mere OpenGL problem anyway.

I have seen that thread. My WoW.exe won't even launch; it crashes right away. It's not about performance issues or a buggy game. Here's the error message:

I am having trouble running the client on Linux with Wine 3.0. I have read that people had no problems running with Wine 1, so it should work with Wine 3 also. Does anyone have a guide on running the game on Linux? I'm on Ubuntu 18.4.

These innocent bans can't be too many to deal with manually, can they? It is probably easy having one of the members of the Elysium-team manually unbanning the victims (or just having one of the devs writing a few lines of script to run through the DB and unban).
