Im confused so if we made a toon on the Nost server the past month too, its gone now? Or was it auto transferred or do we have to do that ourselves?

Hey, a few days ago my raid/party chat has not been working during battleground matches. it works fine outside of it. I did /reload, but that did not fix it. Any ideas what it may be and how to resolve it? Thank you!
