Heyy, I've been using my dads phone for the authenticator because I myself own none atm and somehow he decided to delete the authenticator the same weekend we're changing internet providers. Along with that, the authenticator numbers recieved by email were not saved as I forgot to move them from my trashmail which only stays for a week or two. Now I have no way of recovering my accounts. Either this is the end of a journey or you might be able to help me out, my fate is in your hands. Namaste

The same bug happens when you try to remove quests sometimes. It will remove another quest you didnt have targeted. Those bugs are related.

It is true that he has no evidence, but I speak out of experience. This thing happened to me too. But yeah, I guess we'll have to wait until others experience this before you decide to look into it.

Then you need to fix the bug, this isnt acceptable, this person spent so much on this and lost it all because of a bug in your system and a principle, nothing being his own fault.

How to be careful vs that kind of bug in the system though.

This same phenomenon happened to me in the past, luckily none of my important toons were deleted in this manner. Sorry to hear about this.
