Heyo, On Anathema, the Darkmoon Faire in Elwynn Forest is still 'coming soon' When is it supposed to be active? I thought it was suppose to already be active Thanks for any help

Hello I am hoping that you will help a brother out. Before the Nost shutdown, I accidentally deleted my Hero's Brand class necklace because I was under the (wrong) impression that I would be able to retrieve it from the NPC at any time. It appears that functionality is only implemented much later in the patch structure. I really regret doing this. Is there any way you guys can help me restore my Hero's Brand? It should be the green version. Thanks so much for your time and consideration
