So, if at times (peak hours) the population reaches 11-12k and there's a queue of 6k+, why is there a queue of 6k+ now (1 PM at CET) with only 8k population? From these numbers it seems to me that the cap is 12k, so with population 8k, the queue should be 2k only, atm, or should I throw my engineering degree out the window? :D
