2 days ago I came home to a closed account. Completely bewildered, I made my way to the forums to seek assistance. I was told to appeal my ban, and explain my situation. Now, I had definitely not done anything illegal, like buying gold, or powerleveling services. Nothing like that at all. I was also not an abusive player in-game, so you can understand my confusion when I logged into a closed account. Upon submitting my appeal request, the Elysium Gamemaster staff reviewed my case, accounted for all the details, and after a bit of investigation on their end, deemed my account compromised in the recent data hack. I was advised to change my log-in credentials, and had my ban lifted. Total turnaround time was less than 36 hours. What a great team we have here! I am very grateful for their fair and swift judgement. Kudos!

Only thing I can think of was right around the time the data leak was, with all the account logins leaked, my level 36 mage lost all his gold. Just disappeared. I tried making a ticket, but could not in-game, so I dropped it. I think my account may have been compromised from that event, which led to a ban today. I tried to reset my password, but was unable to. Upon clicking the link in my email, it would repeatedly send me back to the same link in the Elysium account panel, not actually allowing me to change my password.

I have a level 36 on the Nostalrius PvP server, but my main is now on the Elysium PvP, level 20 Hunter. Also have a level 8 Rogue on Nost. PvP, and a level 3 Warrior on Elysium PvP. I've had an Elysium account since December. I transferred a character from Nostalrius over to my Elysium account with the token generator.

I just tried logging into my account, and found the Closed Account statement. I have no idea why it would have been closed, as I've never partaken in any sort of "illegal" activity, like gold-buying or powerleveling or botting. I've always logged my character out, never ran scripts to stay logged in-game, or in the character screen. I have waited in every single queue. I submitted a request for information in the ban appeals forum, but am wondering if this was perhaps a mistake. Again, there is nothing that would have flagged my account for a ban. Do any of you have any insight?

They did ban me randomly... I've never compromised a rule on this server. Never bought gold, never botted. Hell, I've never even stayed logged in. I've sat in queues this entire week to play on the new PvP server.

Yeah... I've invested 25 hours into the new server. Worked 55 hours this week, excited to get home and play, but can't. There's nowhere to contact a GM or Admin about this either. What gives?

I tried to log in to my account this evening and got a message saying "The World of Warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use." As far as I know, no rules have been broken while I've been playing. Any ideas?

Don't you get it? With that mentality, nothing changes. They DO owe us something, a good experience. If they want the servers to stay up through donations, they need to fix the problems. Why are you ok with playing in a subpar environment? I can't take you seriously.

Restarts would be great, so those who actually log out like they are supposed to, can play the game. Right now, the system caters to those who are dishonest and take advantage of Elysium. Those who do the right thing are punished.

Coming on day 6 of THOUSANDS deep in the queue. What gives? I have to wait 6+ hours to play this server. Why would I continue to play here, and donate my money, to a service I cannot use? Wasn't the queue issue fixed to a degree earlier this week? I came home one night, got right in. One night. Last night, I waited in a 4k queue, this morning it's 9k. Seriously, this is totally ridiculous!
