As replied above it is working as intended, any non-direct damage spells such as dots and stuns will not destroy the totem but it will consume the buff it gives you, reapplying it 10 seconds later, as shown in the tool tip..

The only time any of those addons bugged with me is if I had a macro with the exact same name as the totem. For example if I used a macro called "Tremor Totem" it would bug the addon, a work around that would be to use another name like just "Tremor"
