Hello.
First i'm sorry for my bad english, i'll try to explain my problems, i dont know if they are linked.
i am a new player, and have created an account on Elysium last week and two characters on the Pve server. Everything worked well the first week but since monday i have 2 problems.
1- i can't logg in on the website, i'm 100% sure of my account name and password. It tells me this account do not exist (i have created this alt just to be able to post here)
2-when i am in game, i can't speak on the world Channel with my 2 characters (both 10+). I can join the channel, can see people speaking on it, but when i try /4 it does nothing... I can speak in group, in zone channels, wisp and everything but not on the world channel
i found nothing on differents faq or posts on forums, and i don't know if this 2 problems are link...
any help?
