Hey there RangeCreed, Just use the ingame function to report the offending player, and if possible, record a video of the illegal act, or take a screenshot of the offending material as proof of the rulebreaking. Upload screenshots to Imgur, or upload vidoes to YouTube, and include the link in an ingame ticket. You make an ingame ticket by clicking on the red questionmark in your micromenu.
