Having the same issue, yet quite sure my account hasn't been compromised. I play in the same room as my mate, could that be a reason? really pulling my hair out as to why my account could be closed : / EDIT: Can now log in after password change, can confirm nothing has changed, i wasn't hacked (my mates play too, they'd see if any of my characters were active) Possible that something triggering and banning people?

Also wondering this, tried logging in 10 mins ago to find my account closed...
