whats with the broken bug tracker?

hello! can you fix gnomish battle chicken please? its broken beyond belief when you summon it, it wont do the buff though it attacks but you cant use your special abilities it doesnt show the cooldown neither you can mount after you've done so. You have to relog to be able to do something and when you do the chicken is gone please fix it.
