I do not remember that the drawing distance of ground clutter and other players/npcs popping up was so extremly short in retail vanilla. Is this the blizzard drawing distance or is it a temporary server setting to handle the server load? Anyways. Will that change in the future?

So with zone you mean in the whole zone (for example the Barrens) or in the proximity around a area where many people are? I mean when they take the whole zones this does not make sense.

Since the bugtracker is down I post it here. I can't complete the quest "Winterhoof Cleansing" as a troll because I need to use the quest item "Winterhoof Cleansing Totem" which is tauren only. Is this intended or a bug?
