Calm down.
Q items in dungeons with slow respawn rates like this book can be annoying AF to wait for if you stall dungeon progression for such thing.
IMO just clear the dungeon and comeback to the bookshelf afterwards and wait.
If you got worked up over a book so much that you actually came here to make this post, this self answers my questions.
Just makes me wonder how much of a crybaby you must've been on the Serpentbloom quest.
I 100% back up my guild's actions taken during your dungeon run, the book won't respawn faster the harder you tap your foot on the ground waiting for it. This is a server release and dungeons needs to be dealt with asap, don't make a whole group suffer for your impatience.
