quibiam

Server : NostPVE Hightest toon: 39 lock (Quibiam) I tried to login today, I couldn't, said account was closed or banned. Did the password reset, and I get on only to find my 2 characters are gone. On the control panel in the elysium website it says that my transfers were successful and that the characters went to an account without characters. Is there anyway to get them back? Did I loose the past month that I enjoyed leveling my lock and warrior? Please any help is appreciated.
