Same problem here, if it's not fixed my character is worthless.

I've noticed some other people with this problem already, if you don't pick up the defensive stance quest at lvl 10, then you cant start it at all. This is a huge problem for some of us as a warrior can't tank without defensive stance. Hopefully it's just an easy fix because if not, I'll probably have to re-roll after 25 levels.
