Could characters not get restored with no item or gold return? The hours invested in the characters are the main concerns.

I'm literally the only one in this household and I did not share the account which could be seen by any previous IP logins. But bottom line is 45 hours gone forever?

So what happened to the character originally? I find it odd that I come back to the two level 1 characters with the main being gone.

Bump. Anyone else have this happen or know if it would be addressed?

I logged off of my account to go irl for a bit on Elysium PvP and came back and the level 36 character itself was gone. Two level 1's remained on the account, the account is not banned, and no others elsewhere or within household have had access to the account. I created it this week leveling on the new server. Is there any way to get this character restored?
