Thanks for the responses! I made a ticket and got the water sapta from a GM.

Yeah tried for twice, didn't work :/

I screwed up during the water totem quest part 7 and used HS before talking to the water elemental, now my water sapta buff ran out and i can't see the elemental anymore. I searched for the problem online and many people said that the troll by the rock gave a quest to give another water sapta but he doesn't offer anything, neither does the taurens that originally offer the quest.
