Hello I have already posted once on this topic. Upon login I noticed my character was naked, so I logged in and saw my gear/gold/various items in bags were gone. Noted: my character is standing at the bank, still is, I havent done anything yet. Why am I being told this is my fault for "lack account security" when my character who is standing right at the bank, has a full bank still. Why did these "hackers" not empty out my bank then? So what I am being told doesnt add up. Theres some kind of issue going on and id like it to be fixed from someone directly related to resolving these issues, thank you.

There was an error, not a robbery. This issue needs to be resolved, it has nothing to do with account security

protect my shit from what? why would i need protecting when i already have my personal password in? And if its true i was hacked, while my character was at the bank, then why is my bank still full of mats?

i used my protection, i joined a "private" server, what is private about it? And i have not heard from anyone that my items cannot be restored, just some troll with a big head preaching what he knows. I want help from those responsible for their hosted servers.

After viewing other posts, I came to find you you have a little bit of a cyber bullying issue, letting out your anger or hate, or whatever it is built up inside, instead of helping the players on elysium.
