how long is server gonna be off for

Hey everyone, I hope you are all well. Just recently started on new server moving over from retail with my brother. Setting up addons got Luna running etc Playing a warrior at the moment and I need a debuff tracking addon for rend etc - DoTimer does not work. Can anyone suggest any other addon? Also Luna debuff icon is вау small. Thanks for your time.
