same here, account closed.. i think its just some temporal error.. give them time to fix it, looks like theyre working on it already! pop drops on servers since the authentification is down which may occur in false ban messages! if you have done nothing wrong, you may have nothing to fear :P

i had the exact same problem solution: you need to find someone to summon it for you. another shaman on the quest, if he summons the spirit, you see it too and you can turn in your quest.
