Good morning all! I have entered my username and PW correctly dozens of times and still get a "disconnected" window pop up rather than taking me to my character list. I read through the common problems link and it states to make a new request for assistance should this be persistent. Any help on this?

Howdy folks! I seem to be having a bit of trouble and I am wondering if you guys can lend a hand. Upon launching from the launchpad, the screen goes black then WoW frame appears to minimize. When I click on it the screen will go black for half a second and I can hear the intro music but then it minimizes again. When mousing over the bottom icon in the bar the mini window appears to be blank grey. I have checked the realmlist and I am on the right one, but I am still having issues. Any ideas?
