Hey guys. I am posting here to ask a few questions. A day ago my account was banned for the second time in about 2 weeks. The last time my account was banned it was hacked and used for gold spam - spam whispering people with nasty gold websites. This time I hope it was the same reason it was banned. I added the 2step authenticator to my account when my friend told me about it. As I was doing it I tried to log in and found I was banned.
The main question from me is what are the chances of getting my account unbanned. I really do not want to loose account and my characters. Mainly my Warlock on the new Zeth'Kur realm I plan to play with my friends on.

So I have no real idea about how the ban appeal process works. I am fairly worried as on the post is says "Finally, be aware that MOST bans are final. We are not required to provide evidence, or any information whatsoever, relating to the ban decision.". This really freaks me out, I do not want to bother GMs on discord because of the current situation they are dealing with regarding the servers.
Have any other people used the ban appeal process and what was it like in terms of response time and result.
PS. With everything going on at the moment I am well aware wait times will be longer to get this case reviewed and I understand and except that.
