Are you often online? Depending on the core. Tickets with players online are generally forwarded to the .ticket list. How difficult is your issue? Perhaps it's been assigned to a higher ranking GM and he's yet to catch you.

Well that sounds wrong.. I'd suggest PMing a GM on the forums. Tickets don't seem to do much. You're all over level 8 I'm guessing? ##Edit. Hacked? oh wow. That would do it.

Your best bet would be to just move on and forget about it. Dev's are generally volunteer's and things are done when they have the time. Just the truth about bug fixes on private servers.. they take a long while for a fix.

@synn Problems with lag are always tough because they're generally all unrelated and really difficult to find the source. Where are you located on this planet earth? Have you always had this lag?

Make a new character. It should not be muted. Even as a low lvl you should be able to change your password.

Is this still an issue? This person is the only one getting the DC while 3 of you are on the same network? 128mb ram sounds low.. but i don't think it would bring you to a "disconnected from server" screen. It would completely close the client. Is this persons client crashing OR is this person getting "Disconnected from server". Are you all using set realmlist 164.132.233.125 ? I've heard that this realmlist is a little more reliable than the set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org I could also suggest deleting the contents of your "WDB" folder.

Do you have notepad on your computer? If so, click where it says "Other Programs". If notepad is not located on that list click where it says "Browse" and physically locate notepad. Mine is located at C:\Users\YOURCOMPUTERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories

Could very well be. How did you previously change your realmlist? If you right click are you able to "Open with..." on realmlist.wtf? Evidently your .wtf files are associated with internet explorer atm.

The contents of you WDB folder in your wow directory is your cache. Kind of like cookies.. but for WoW. Open the folder and delete the contents. It will be replaced with fresh remakes when you relaunch the game.

Delete your cache (wdb) folder. Also check the realmlist. set realmlist 164.132.233.125

Your gold is gone. No such thing as logs of trading and etc. Change your password often.
