The GM Skeith contacted me in-game about my missing character. Skeith told me that they would investigate and get back to me, but what methods of communication does the in-game GM group use? Will it be via email, in-game mail, carrier pigeon?

My account's level 33~ warrior is missing as of this morning. Last night I logged off without issue, woke up, got through queue, and it's just not there.
I've been playing on Elysium PvP, character name "Byronyk", human warrior.

Just spoke to GM Skeith. They informed me that they have written down my information and are investigating this issue. I will check back on this thread and my email every so often to look for a resolution.
If I submit a ticket in-game, I get a message saying: "Game Masters do not handle bug reports. Please use our bug tracker here [link]".
The problem with that is the bug tracker is not available. https://elysium-project.org/bugtracker/
