My point was that I had always had it on medium before so it didn't help switching back to Medium. I have done everything in these threads, and it shouldn't be my computer since I have a intel i7 6700 skylake. and that guy didn't have the same problem as us.

I have view distance on lowest but it doesn't help

This same thing happens to me except my ms either stays normal but i still lagg out in the way you described, It makes it borderline unplayable. Needed to relog about 3 times to turn in a quest in SW. Bumping this thread so Elysiums dudes hopefully sees this and helps us.
