They are not tracking you playing on Elysium... If you got a letter, it is for seeding the WoW client. It probably takes 3 weeks to get the letter, plus it sounds like you don't really know what you are doing so I wouldn't be surprised if you are still seeding it right now, lol. If you got the torrent from TPB and are not using a VPN or limiting your seeding it is not a huge surprise.

You might be right in regards to Elysium/Zeth'Kur. It's almost like there is the "main" server, then the red-headed step-child server. I think that feeling has to do with the naming. Since the queue problem has been pretty much solved on Elysium, I think most people are going there. There are way more low level characters on Elysium than ZK, and not just numbers-wise, but also percentage wise in regards to the levels of the rest of the population on the servers. I think the other 2 servers are kind of irrelevant to this
