Ok I Finally got it working. So I went back and resent myself the verification email But i have to log in using my old Username/password. So apparently changing username is only for the forums? I'm a little confused on that. Anyways after resending the verification email i also decided to go ahead and set up 2FA. This coupled with using my old username seemed to do the trick. It also used my old password so it seemed kinda pointless to change it on the forums. Unless changing it here only changed it for the forums. Again very confused.

I also cant log onto the game. I have made an account with elysium but no combo of my email or username will work. When i try to make a new account i cant because my email is in use. I even went and checked my username under settings and attempted to change password to see if that helped. Nothing so far seems to be working. I get the generic message cant log in please go to wow forums for help. Edit: The only thing i can think of is that I believe that my email was also used to play on Nost. Would that cause any issues playing on here? Assuming that a have made an account. Edit2: So after playing around i have found out that if i change my username the error message changes. Before i was getting your account is no longer allowed to play please go to wow banned forums(something like that). Now that i have changed it, I get a please check your username/Password for spelling error.
