disorient

I was hacked recently and all of my gold on my warlock was stolen :(. is it possible for support to see in the logs if this gold was traded away from a different ip? And if so can the gold be reissued? I was almost up to the 10g required to make a guild for my friends and I :( I have also enabled 2 step authentication so hopefully this wont happen again but it is very frustrating!
