    Getting it as well, looks like the 3 man party I was with are all getting it stuck in WPL (at least in a safe spot)

    Adra the human mage greifing in Booty Bay, will stand in a 'safe zone' from the Booty Bay guard and if you click on her you get aggro from the booty bay guards. Screen shot at imgur
