"This World of Warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use." I was away from Elysium for a few months and now I get this when I try to login. Can I have it back?

I couldn't manage to change my game account password by any way. The in-game command simply don't works for me. Either I get the message "Invalid old password" or "New passwords do not match". Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I tried both: .account password #"oldpassword" #"newpassword" #"newpassword" .account password #old "oldpassword" #new "newpassword" #new "newpassword" And the Control Panel method didn't work too. I get the e-mail needed, but the two link options in it just redirects me to the Control Panel main page, so... I also don't own any device that supports two factor authentication, so at this moment I really don't have any way to protect my account. Please, give me some enlightenment here.
