I think the key is to level with a friend. I am doing this and we are pretty much safe for questing. We do pvp and we do get killed, but most of the time it is ok ! Do not forget the social part of the game.

I can add that a shadow wand won't apply shadow weave, which seems strange... but I do not know if it is ok.

I am curious about this because it happened to me last night. It was working fine when we were only two in a group. But sometime it seems that it was not working. Later we did WC and it never proc. Not even once. I was healing, but from time to time I was putting DoTs or even casting some offensive spells. Does a DoT should be sufficient to proc spirit tap ?
