But funny thing is my toon have been transferred i can see it if i log in all my chars are there.1 from nostalrius and other one from elysium but they dont show in control panel website

Hello i log in in website many times to and never appear my chars on it like all simple accounts.Your Nostalrius transfer was successful! However, it seems the account you just transferred has no characters on it! thats the warning i get and dont show my chars.WHY?

How u sure this is a roll hack lol.They roll the dice and get 100.U should have evidence of the same name roll 100 more than 2 times to verified that he is a hacker dont u agree?

Same here i try to chan ge password and i cant and my items get lost time by time in my character and intentory and no gm help

Sorry but it seems i have a problem with my account i logged in today with my char and the pants i was wearing were not there my char was naked in pants slot and the only pants i had was the old ones from the inventory.Also my uncle had same issues similar like me with items he wanted to give for Alchemy recipes he use to save them to send me the next day and after he logged in he couldnt find the recipes can an admin assist me please?I want to change my password account but i cant throught the website and through the in game system i couldnt figure it out.Thanks
